From Those Who've Worked With Us
Zamri Abdul Ghani
Operations Director · Selangor
"We'd been considering AI for about two years without a clear sense of where to begin. The Cultivation Session gave us a structured starting point rather than just more options to evaluate. The written summary was direct — it named which of our processes were realistic candidates and which were not, and explained why. That was more useful than most of what we'd read on the subject."

Lim Hui Ling
Finance Manager · Penang
"The invoice extraction pilot took a process that was consuming about a day each week down to a couple of hours. The tool itself is straightforward to operate — my team picked it up quickly. I was initially uncertain about how the documentation would be done, but the handover package was thorough enough that we haven't needed to go back to Suria Stream for anything. That was the point, I think."

Rajan Nair
General Manager · Kuala Lumpur
"We signed on for the Seasonal Review after finishing our pilot. It suits us well. Each quarter we get a written assessment and a conversation that helps us see our AI usage from outside. It hasn't grown beyond its original scope, which was important to us — we didn't want it to turn into another ongoing project commitment."

Nor Izzati Mahmud
Owner · George Town, Penang
"As a second-generation family business, we'd been cautious about bringing in consultants. The day session was on-site and felt like a conversation rather than a presentation. The recommendations in the written summary matched what we'd half-suspected ourselves — which actually increased our confidence to act on them."
February 2025 · Cultivation Session
Chong Kah Wai
Head of Operations · Ipoh
"The pilot took our inbound message classification from a task spread across three people to something that handles around eighty percent of it without manual review. The two months was about right — not rushed. One thing I'd note is that the scoping conversation at the start is worth spending time on. We adjusted our initial idea during that discussion, and the final result was better for it."
January 2025 · Tended Pilot
Siti Yusof
Director · Johor Bahru
"The quarterly reviews have become a useful rhythm for us. It's a modest commitment and the written assessments give us something to refer back to across the year. We've made three small adjustments to how we run our existing AI tools based on suggestions from these reviews, and each one was straightforward to implement."

Detailed Client Journeys
Manufacturing Firm, Selangor — Invoice Data Extraction
Tended Pilot · January–February 2025
Challenge
Finance staff were manually entering key fields from supplier invoices into their ERP system — roughly 200 invoices per week across three people. Error rates were low but the time cost was significant, and the task was unpopular.
Solution
A document extraction integration was built to pull invoice number, date, supplier name, line items, and totals from PDFs. It connected to the existing document folder structure and flagged low-confidence extractions for manual review rather than passing them through automatically.
Outcome
Manual entry time dropped by approximately 74% within the first month. The flag rate for manual review settled at around 12% of invoices. The integration has run without significant issues since handover in March 2025.
"The handover was thorough. My team can run and explain it themselves — that was the requirement we'd set." — Finance Manager
Family-Owned Retail Group, Penang — First Assessment
Cultivation Session · February 2025
Challenge
The business had received several AI pitches over the preceding year and didn't have a clear way to evaluate them against each other or against their actual operational needs. Leadership wanted an independent view before committing to anything.
Solution
A Cultivation Session was carried out at their Penang premises, covering interviews with the owner, operations manager, and two department supervisors. The written summary identified four candidate areas and noted the dependencies each would involve — including one area that looked promising but had a prerequisite the business wasn't yet ready for.
Outcome
The business selected two of the four candidates for follow-up investigation and deprioritised the others. One has since moved into a Tended Pilot. The owner noted that having a written document made internal discussions with family members easier than verbal summaries had been.
"It matched what we'd half-suspected ourselves — which actually increased our confidence to act." — Owner
Professional Services Firm, Kuala Lumpur — Message Classification
Tended Pilot · November–December 2024
Challenge
A professional services firm was receiving high volumes of inbound enquiries across multiple channels. Routing them to the correct team member required reading each message and making a judgment call — a task that was slow and subject to individual variation.
Solution
A classification integration was built to categorise inbound messages by service type and urgency, and route them to a shared team inbox organised by category. The system was trained on the firm's historical messages and tested over a two-week period before going live.
Outcome
Response-time consistency improved noticeably in the first month. The classification accuracy rate held at 88% after three months in production. The firm has since added the Seasonal Review Cycle to monitor how the integration performs over time.
"We hadn't expected it to work as cleanly with our older message data. The testing phase was worth the time it added." — General Manager
