Cultivation Session
RM 780 · Single Day · On-site
A structured day at your office in the Klang Valley or Penang. The day is divided between leadership interviews and a shorter department workshop, giving us a view of your operations from both the strategic and working levels. A written summary follows within a week, identifying three or four areas where AI integration could be worth pursuing, along with notes on what each would require.
This service suits organisations that want to approach AI adoption thoughtfully — understanding the territory before committing to any particular path. It tends to suit mid-sized businesses taking a first structured look, rather than those already in the middle of implementation.

A two-month engagement that takes a single candidate idea through from concept to working integration. Common selections include classifying inbound messages, drafting standard supplier correspondence, and extracting key fields from invoices — but the scope is determined based on what your assessment identified as most useful.
The work covers solution design, model selection, integration with your existing tools, written documentation, and a structured handover. The guiding principle is that one thing done well is more useful than several things done partially.

A quarterly review for organisations that have an existing AI footprint and want a structured outside check. Each quarter brings a written assessment of current usage patterns, a conversation with operational leadership, and a short list of suggestions for the coming season.
This service is deliberately light. It's designed to add an outside perspective at regular intervals without displacing the organisation's own accountability for what it's built. It tends to suit family-owned businesses in their second generation of AI adoption, or any organisation that has completed a pilot and wants a steady check on how it's holding up.
